The Third Watch DVD series that sene me was useless. The package

was damaged when it arrived. One case inside was damaged. Of the

DVD's I looked at and tried playing; one was scratched, one wouldn't

play at all, and the audio wasn't with the video on two that I did

play. I didn't tray all of the discs because that was enough for me

to know I didn't want them.

The card enclosed with the merchandise stated to call or e-mail

prior to returning. I have called and leve voice-mail twice and

e-mailed them once. I got no response.

I have been in contact with my credit card company about this and

they are working with me.

After I ordered them I started getting large internet purchases on

my credit card (which has since been cancelled). I'm wondering if

the shoddy place is responsible for that too.

I've learned that unless it's a reputable place, and local, that

you probably shouldn't purchase from them.

I am still trying to find a reputable company to buy the full series of third watch seasons 1-6. Have you found any company out there that has this product for me.

DVDAVENUE TV is a rip off company,they are really "allmy favoritetvshows" they are the same comapny,they been riping off people for the past year they keep changing there name all the time..the only secure company to buy the thrid watch DVD set are from warner bros and amazon,borders and NO ONE has seasons 1-6 thye have ONLY season 1 out for now so if u see anyone advertising that 1-6 season they are rip off
