Dear Sir,

How are you doing? I need your help to one of the issue with ICICI bank , India. This is regarding new grid debit card. This card is being given to the customers to ensure online security . This card has been sent to me by one month back to my official address . and i haven't received the card at all . But the customer care officer said that this card has been delivered to local branch of icici and collect there. I referred there also but the card had not been delivered. I called up customer care and asked them, they said , we will send back the card again. The blocked the the existing card. but i haven't yet received the grid card so far, also i am not able to do online transaction , and not able to take money through atm card. which is giving struggling for last 2 months. I have checked for the status of the card, but customer care officers are giving two different statements. i don't understand within the same company how they are able to provide these kind of statements to the customer

Please help me in this issue to get resolved.
