2001 dodge dakota

Dana point,California. I have a red 2001 dodge Dakota. The paint is faded on

the top and now starting to fade on the hood and other places. It looks like

the problem is with the clear coat. Is there recourse on this problem? It

started shortly after the 3 year warranty ran out. I appreciate any info

you have on this problem. I know I'm not alone noticing other Dakotas with
