Burger King Union Ave, Haskell, NJ

I frequent this Burger King location on Union Ave in Haskell , NJ very often. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre at best, but its convenient so I reluctantly continue to go there. My complaint is that 7 out of 10 times I visit this location for breakfast they NEVER have biscuits. This has been an ongoing problem for months that no seems to be addressing. The manager simply offers a substitution and the excuse is always that they are in the process of cooking. If they can't supply the items on the menu, then maybe Burger King should take them off instead of baiting and switching.

I wish someone would come visit the burger kings in Trinidad to see the tardiness and attitude of the employees. Its a shame the way these people operate. The Gulf City locations is particularly terrible. You see the staff laugh and dancing when in the drive thru. I have had to wait over half an hour to get a kids meal order. Tonight was terrilbe when I had my young 5 year old with me, I had to wait for 27 minutes for his meal. The young 'red' looking attendant did not care less when I told her of my wait time. Her crude remarks was "I can't get vex, I have to wait". I told here that that was the wrong attitude and an apology should have been made. She then started making a scene when I pointed out the she skipped me and served the next customer saying that she was doing her best and I could get vex if I want but that she didn't care.. I have to wait as long as she makes me wait. I left at that point, without even being given the drink that goes along with the meal.
