HP ALL IN ONE Printer/Scanner With Vista

HP ALL IN ONE Printer/Scanner With Vista My Wife & I run a home office In Oklahoma and we work with people all over the United States. We’ve used HP products for many years and we are now literally dumping and burning all of their products because of the incompatibility problems we are now having with the new Vista Windows Operating system. How can you create a great product, make it compatible other operating systems for years and then simply become irresponsible in business and not have a fix for the problem with a NEW operating system? Not only has our HP 6110 All In One Printer Scanner having compatibility issues, but now it simply freaks out and doesn’t even operate correctly now unless it’s unplugged from the Vista Operating System Computer. To add to the problem as of today we’ve even tried to contact support for HP via phone and their Technical Support software can’t even get you to a support specialists to try and resolve the issue because they too are having technical problems. YIKES!!!! Last but not least, we learned for fact that HP was given notice by Microsoft to make necessary changes to their software for compatibility of Vista a couple of years earlier. HP obviously did not try to correct this issue. On their website they said that Vista already has the software in place to do the job in Vista. THAT’S INCORRECT. The file for which I tried looking for didn’t even exist. Until two months later when HP finally sent an email out that they have a fix for it. Of course I downloaded this apparent fix and it’s nothing more than the file that supposedly was to be used to run the program. That too was false because there still isn’t any real working simplified method to run your HP program with Vista. Goodbye HP. It’s now cost you another customer. My hp 6110xi was working until yesterday when an update came in from microsoft and then no worky no more. I'm new to vista and am finding out that hp doesn't give a hoot about it's customers. I've been on the phone and computer all day trying to fix it or get someone to help me fix it and now I realize that they wnt us to buy anew one. So long hp. I'm tired of the problems. What I really wanted to do was film myself throwing it into the pool and putting it on youtube, but leaving hp is the best thing to do.
