Dyson animal sweeperand Home Depot

I bought a Dyson sweeper at home depot. I purchased it because of the promise's made in the ad. It has never worked as promised and a piece broke off the assembly. Home Depot wouldn't stand behind it, and when I finally talked to a (human)? None of the warranties were any good. Also in my area I have to drive 45 min. to find someone to service it. I'm now using my 15 year old Hoover. And my $600.00 state of the art Dyson is Making me see red.

I have a dyson animal that never worked as promised, paid over 500 at sears. piece broke off and they replaced that but they keep the vac so long to repair it! The parts don't seem to fit tight and the dust blows out. I got sick (cancer) and gave up the fight for a couple of years but today I tried to vac. and it wont turn on. It's a lot of money for a vac that runs 3 1/2 years!
