my location is at 15365 Oakfield ,Detroit Michigan 48227,

I have a complaint about the services I received on 9-09-06& 9-08-06.

I called the cingular phone to bring my payment up to current on 9-8-06 the person whom I spoke to on the phone told me if I paid my pass due bill which was 217.11 which I paid owning a balance of 102.09. After I did the phone pay she told me I had to pay September bill which was 102.16. after I paid the first payment which I fill she should have told me that I had to pay the entire amount. On 9-9 06 I called cingular back to go ahead and make the payment of the 102.16 to restore my services .I made the payment which the representatives told me that after I make the payment that my phone would be restored. But that didn't happen she then told me that she had to do a credit check to restore my phone. I have another phone on another account which has my social security number on the phone which is passed due but that should have the nothing to do with this phone which three different representatives told me the same thing . I fill I have been done wrong when brought my bill up to the current amount And Cingular still refuse to turn my service on and also the supervisor stated I have to pay 150.00 for each phone . I field betrayed and tricked into making bringing my account up to current and then nothing begin done about this problem When I called to make a payment the representatives should have told me that I would not be able to restore my services period weather I paid or not, Also I believe that because my contract is up in November does that have something to do with this. I am very disappointed with. I would appreciate some one to look further into this for me .Thank You ! Cherie Hall
