Complaint against the following company:

The company is not dependable. The repairman was scheduled on Monday August 21 – but failed to either to show up or even to give a courtesy call. A rescheduled appointment was setup for Friday Sept 1, 2006. The repairman again failed to show up or give a courtesy call. The repairman failed again to show up on the next subsequent rescheduled appointments (Friday Sept 1 and Sept 2). On all instances, we were inconvenienced from waiting / rescheduling our days and rearranging our time-schedules.

A courtesy call would’ve been fine. However, to fail to show up on all 4 instances is just bad customer service.

Do not use Austec Appliance, Inc. Several complaint reports have already been filed against them with the BBB Central Texas (Austin Chapter). You can read them yourself. You will be convinced not to use them.

I too have this same complaint. I want to get the word out there and get them either to shape up or ship out.
