Cingular Wireless - Raleigh NC

Hi,

This past June, we visited a Cingular store (Brier Creek, Raleigh NC) and expanded our Cingular wireless account from one to three lines and purchased two new phones. We were offered a discount on the phones, provided we register for $10/month media package for them. We were told by the agent we could call in after a month and cancel. Well...

After receving the first family package bill in July, I noticed a $2.99 road service package had been tacked on as well. I called in to cancel the media package for one line and the road service for both lines.

In August, I received a bill with (you guessed it), a charge for both media and road service for both lines. Again, I called in to cancel and request a refund for the erroneous charges from the previous bill. I was told this would be done.

Now - September - I have received the next bill. The media package still appears for one of the lines and the roadside package appears for both.

By my calculations, I am out of pocket approx. $42 + taxes. Plus all the wasted time on calls (this week it will be my fourth). Can anyone help???
