SIR/MADAM, THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAD GIVEN MY HANDSET FOR REPAIRING AT THE NOKIA CARE CENTRE. MODEL NO. --- 6610i Serial No. --- 356650005723947 PRODUCT CODE --- 0517370 PROBLEM: HANG, SWITCH ON/OFF I HAD SUBMITTED MY HANDSET ON 4/09/06 FOR REPARING AT NOKIA CARE (HCL), MAROL NAKA, ANDHERI , MUMBAI. ( JOB SHET NO. - 5300096712) BUT AT THE TIME OF COLLECTING THE HANDSET I WAS INFORMED THAT, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR TWO DAYS BECAUSE THE HADSET WAS NOT REPAIRED PROPERLY. AFTER 2 DAYS, THEY SAID YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 DAYS. AFTER 2 DAYS WHEN I AGAIN WENT TO COLLECT MY MOBILE, THEY SAID YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE NEXT WEEK. I WANTED TO INFORM YOU WHENEVER I CALLED TO HELPLINE TO KNOW THE STATUS THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT OR COME TO NEXT WEEK. THEYWERE NOT READY TO TOLD ME THE STATUS INFACT THEY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE HANDSET BUT NOW I HAVE LOST THE PATIENCE I DON'T WANT TO WAIT ANY MORE THE ONLY REASON IS IT'S DIFFICULT TO LIVE WITHOUT HANDSET IF THERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT MEETING OR CALL IS EXPECTED OR AROUND THE CORNER. BUT YES, I DO WANT MY HANDSET BACK IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION. I AM SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM ALSO NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES I AM WORRIED ABOUT MY HANDSET DUE TO DELAY IN REPARING AND AS THE MATTER OF FACT IT IS POSSIBLE THAT ONE CAN CHANGE OR MANUPLATE THE ORIGINAL (NEW) PARTS OF THE HANDSET. ONLY BEACAUSE OF THE NEGLIGENCIES OF FEW PEOPLE, COMPANY. REPUTATION GET SUFFERED. FINALLY, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN MY ALL PROBLEMS WILL GET IT SORT? YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (WHY ITS GETTING SO LATE).
