stub hub rip off

I purchased two tickets for the Falcons/ Brown game this November and received the tickets with the stubs torn off and not included. I called stub hub and they called the previous owner and left a V/M message to call them. The stub hub rep. named Malcolm said he had to wait a week for the previous owner of the tickets to call him. If no call back Malcolm said they would replace the tickets of equal value as outlined in their guarantee. I emailed stub hub on two occasions this week regarding this problem. I paid 2 1/2 times the face value for these tickets to get prime seats for a birthday present for my wife.. As of today 9/7/06 I have been ripped off

Stubhub is owned by Ebay,and they are using software to get past ticketmaster,and are being sued by ticketmaster over it,and if you go to ripoff report or anyother complaint site,and you will rind a 'satisfied customer'(stubhub rep)say how great stubhub is,after say,30 complaints.

Stubhub is a total screwjob.

Stub Hub is a Rip Off. I purchased national championship tickets from them on November 30, 2007 and paid them $139 commission for two tickets, which was stupid, then my team lost on Saturday. I had to sell the tickets on stubhub because I wasn't sure if i would receive them in time to reship them. I had to pay them $330 to sell them. So, I spent $469 in commission on two tickets in a week. I got ripped off by them. Why would anyone buy tickets from stub hub when they can go to ebay and get them with no commission.
