Rude phone call from ER Solutions; seems to be resolved

I would like to add a complaint about ER Solutions, an

accounts receivable company in Reston VA (?). My wife

received an extremely rude phone call this morning

from Aaron at ER Solutions, demanding my SSN. The

number from the caller ID was 800-922-2307, but when I

tried to call it back, it seems to be disconnected. I

was able to reach an operator by dialing 206-322-4500,

who then connected me to a supervisor at 877-371-3188.

The operator and the supervisor were both polite and

helpful. The supervisor said that it was simply a

mix-up; the person they were looking for (of the same

name, although spelled differently) lived in a

neighboring state. I asked to be removed from their

call list - I hope it works.
