Charter One bank

I used to bank with Charter One Bank in Cleveland, Ohio. September 5,

2006 I deposited money into my bank account after speaking with a phone

agent who told me that I could avoid fees by deposting this money into

my bank account. After depositing the money I will still assessed the

fees which ate all of my deposits resulting in a loss of funds where I

can not even pay my bank account. Charter One will do whatever they can

to access fees and has lied numerous times to keep my account in a

negative status so they can accrue fees.
