STOP!! WAIT... Read this before u order a cellular phone from CellularChoices.

On 08/15/06 I ordered a pay as you go Motorola V235 cell phone and car adapter from this company, the total amt $137.97was taken immediately from my acct. I received the phone, opened the packaging and began to assemble the phone, the instructions said charge the phone, so I began by attempting to snap the battery cover in place. After several attempts I began to struggle over and over trying to snap the back cover over the battery. To make a long story short, I phoned the company and was advised to take the phone to a Cingular retailer and let them show me how to SNAP the cover in place. Oh I live over 60 miles (one way) away from the nearest Cingular retailer located in Longview TX. I have a disability and I ordered the phone for contacting Emergency Help when away from home. So on 08/21/06, I drive 120 miles from the small town where I live, to a larger city to have someone help me SNAP this battery cover on the phone. The Cingular store manager was very pleasant and helpful BUT, NO ONE in the store was able to SNAP the cover in place. The phone was deemed defective, the manager called CELLUAR CHOICES he reported the problem and was given a Return Authorization # Today is 09/07/06 and I don't have my money or a cell phone for ER .. I need a phone or my money. ASAP!!
