Expedia airline reservation

Expedia airline reservation Expedia in Belleview, WA, e-mail address is Email User, Case ID: [REQ:28260024], Itinerary Number: 116530794083. On June 6, 2006, I purchased a ticket online for a trip home to Miami for my birthday. I was supposed to leave on July 26 but on July 21 I found out that my family would be moving on my birthday and decided to cancel the trip. I called and cancelled the trip and was told to call back if I wanted to re-book the trip. I sent an e-mail on July 26 because I was trying to re-book the trip for Thanksgiving but I was unable to do it online. The e-mail just told me to call whenever I wanted to reschedule the trip. I tried to do that by phone on Sept. 6 and was told that I never called to cancel. Apparently this happens often, because I have seen it on this site and American Airlines told me they have a lot of problems with Expedia. They are a bunch of cheats and thieves. The manager even mocked me on the phone telling me that nothing was going to happen to Expedia, basically "we are going to get away with it." Avoid Expedia. I am still trying to get my money back but want to warn as many people as possible to avoid this trap. Lourdes Fernandez __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
