Permaslim Hoodia MOMENTUM DIRECT 1010 MAGNOLIA BLVD MAGNOLIA, TEXAS 77355 My name is Natalie, and like other customers, I have also suffered the same grave disappointment with their product and their business. On August 14, 2006 I visited their website www.momentumdirect.com and authorized an electronic payment of only $4.95 for trial of their miracle product Permaslim Hoodia. The charge of this amount was placed on to my account on August 17, 2006 for only $4.95. I received the product on August 24, 2006 as it was sent by regular mails USPS service. I tried the product for 6 days and for me this product did nothing more than make me realize how desperate I was to loose weight. On September 2, 2006 I called their customer service number 281-356-1400 and also utilized sending them an electronic mail to cancel my account and also inform them that I shipped back the contents of their product and clearly stated to them in my email to not charge my account with any further charges or fees because it will not be taken lightly. Later that day I visited my account for my daily balance check and realized that there had been a check for 49.95 by momentum direct processed. I was furious, I could not believe that after speaking with the service representative who assured me that I would not be charged for the product once I sent it back charged my account deliberately on that said day. My account has had 2 automatic withdrawals for the same $58.93 every 2 weeks so far. So , I'm going to call to try to put a stop to this!! Just wanted all you to know, you're not alone. Len S. I have called them several times but they are a scam. I'm trying to report them because my bank said I would have to change all my info and that would be a diaster. THough I never even recieved the items I still got charged the shipping and the 75 and I was told I would get all my money back and still haven't. These people are ripe offs.
