unwanted order following free sample ends up in a Collection Letter by

Retrieval Master Creditor's Bureau (RMCB)

Dear Better Business Bureau, Complaints Representative:

Mom mother accepted a FREE offer for a sample of 'Retinol Ultra Skin Care

Cream With Sunscreen' via mail, 2 months ago which she received and now she

is receiving notice from a collection agency.

She recieved a billing notice which she returned explaining she did not

order this product. Now she is receiving collection notices from RMCB

(Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc). This is a very bitter experience

for her to receive collection letter for a item which is never ordered. I

have called RMCB but their system is totally automated and does not allow to

talk to any representative.

Please advise if she obligated to pay for an item she never order.
