Collections Agency - Wells Fargo My complaint is about the Well Fargo Financial Retail Svc. they have been sending my grandmother Doreen Shields, letters saying that she owes money and that they are taking her to court, however they have the wrong person. On August 3, 2006 I sent them a letter stating that I would be looking after my grandmothers issues with them due to them continuing to harrass her and her health. They have completly ignored this request and have called her and sent two more letters to her. The last letter came on Aug 25, 2006 from Deanna Natale telling my grandma that she has 5 days to contact them or they will be taking legal action. I would believe that a letter coming from a lawyer would be researched and ensuring that they have the right person. I have contacted this company again, they will not return calls, and will not put in writing an apology or a letter stating they have the wrong person. I am requesting you to please look into this matter. When I spoke with their rep. John Egan and told him how upset my grandmother is,he laughed and dismissed the issue. I am extremely upset and have no idea how a lawyer can be associated with this type of business practices.
