Beneficial and their harassing phone calls

Beneficial will call more than enough to be harassing. They will hang up on you with out talking to you. They say the hang up is because of the automated system and not enough reps to answer the call but what about the times when someone on their end says hello and you say hello and they hang up. Harassment period.
