Complaint regarding the Service of Whirlpool Customer Care

I have registered a complaint with Whirlpool Customer care (Phone No.080-28603412 ) on the 19th of August Complaint No. 4212.

Have also been speaking to Ms Hamsa and Mr Siddesh since the past 10 days with no solution expect begging with the Service Franchise ( Sai Sumukh Service) to send a Technician.

Why is Whirpool allowing the service provider to boss over them, I thought Whirlpoolwas the No 1 company in the World as per their adverts and they cant even provide service leave a;lone on time.

I regret having bought a Whirlpool product.
