Pet Yellow Book

This is in regards to the Pet Yellow Book.

I purchased advertising space in May 2005 which was to be put into the San Diego Fall Edition of the above publication. When this never was put out on the market i enquired to the publisher, Mr. David Schwarm. He emailed me back saying there had been a delay and that the Book was now going to come out in early spring of 2006. I patiently waited but again with NO results. I again contacted Mr. Schwarm with a request for the return of my 252.00. His reply was to send him copies of all the paperwork necessary to fulfill my request. All copies were immediately sent by snail mail and a copy by email also. This was in the last part of May 2006. Every attempt to make contact with this company or this person has gone unanswered.

ALL I WANT is to have my 252.00 returned to me. This publication is now out in Orange County, CA and I see where he has a campaign going on right now for the San Francisco Bay area and a future targeted area of Portland, Oregon. There is absolutely no reason for this refund for advertising (NOT) to not be returned to me. I have been ignored repeatedly which tells me there is something unethical about this company.
