We signed a contact to replace roof and gave $2000 deposit in March 2006. Two month later May 2006, the company had not applied for permit as required by State Statue 489. We have been trying getting our money back since July 2006. We done everything the company asked us to do. Write a letter to cancel the contact signed their released and still no refund. I’m in the process of trying filing criminal charges against this company as per Florida Statute. This company just keeps giving us the run around, the check as been in the mail since 9/17/06.
