I purchased a Gem electronics/Panacer 3G Technology GM-171B Black 17" 16ms LCD Monitor from Newegg.com last November. I was offered a $70 rebate. I sent in all of the information and finally about 6 months ago I contacted Panacer which said on the site that my rebate was being processed. 11 months later and still no rebate. Any help would be appreciated.
