My name is Willard r conklin my wife is Mary conkin I bought a sears garden tractor in 9/16/2004 ,I had nothing but problems with it in 5/30/2005 the clutch went the pulleys went they were here about 5 times and finally fixed it ,all the problems I had and they never replaced the belt well it went yesterday I called them and after 3 hours on the phone with no answers and hang ups I finally got some one I customer relations, they told me it was 2 weeks out of warranty and it would cost me $97.00 just to have some one look at it,my wife and I are paying of our cards and we will never buy from sears again,they just lost a good customer I will drive 100 miles to avoid sears for a deal Thank you Willard & Mary Conklin 8 Victoria lane Beacon N.Y.12508 845-440-6099
