I have had a Yahoo email account for almost 10 years, a week ago

(Sept. 23rd) I tried to log into my account. It said my password was

not correct (I know it was)... So I went through their security page,

gave them all the information that should have shown up on my

account, they even have those security phrases that you can hardly

make out... Well none of that worked (not even the security phrase

which I easily could make out...). So I emailed them from their help

site and asked for assistance in getting a new password to me. Well

after 5 email volleys they say that I am not giving them the correct

information.

I'm worried someone else took over my account, I have some valuable

information stored in that account too...


I'm at a loss, I have asked to speak to a manager, asked them to call

me and nothing, no help. This has frustrated me to no end. The

problem is obviously on their end, I have my password memorized...

I think this is reprehensible of Yahoo to deny me my account after so

many years of being a Yahoo advocate.
