SPRINT Complaint My girlfriend and I are Sprint cellphone customers. The service is in her name, Jennifer Owens. We pretty much only talk to each other, so the sales person completely sold us on Mobile-to-Mobile. As long as we call other Sprint cellphone users, it would not cost any of our Any-Time minutes. There is no way we could use 1200mins talking to other people. So we signed on. Nearly every bill we have received has contained overages. We have called and only been able to talk to English-Second-Language people. I made a complaint after one of the first bills and we were blown off and told that we just went over. They never answered us about our Mobile-to-Mobile. We have been with Sprint for over a year now, half our contract. I am finally fed up with the overages and am about to break contract and I call about the overages again. The woman, another non-english speaker, finally tells me that we do not have Mobile-to-Mobile!!! I was shocked! That's the only reason we signed up for the service. I tell her my complaint, many times, and she finally signs us up for Mobile-to-Mobile and waives the overages for 2 months. I have added up my overages and they total close to $150 minus the Mobile-to-Mobile fee we would have incurred. Two months overages will not cut it! I want to be reimbursed all my overages due to not having Mobile-to-Mobile, minus the Mobile-to-Mobile fee of course. Thank you.
