Innovative Merchant Solutions Business Owners Beware of small print in Innovative Merchant Solutions Contracts. By signing their contract you are agreeing to a 47 page Merchant Agreement Book that can be changed at any time. They have a $395.00 termination fee (not on the contract) but in their 47 page book.
Beware! Why don't they have this in the contract? Because no one would sign with them.
Because the company is owned by INTUIT I will not be buying any of their software in the future, because I do not want to deal with underhanded companies.
