Fedex complaint

Dear Sirs:

Re: Fedex Ground

I recently ordered a piece of computer equipment. It was shipped Fedex Ground on Monday (I had ordered over the weekend.) Scheduled delivery was for Friday.

I was able to use the online tracking to track the package to their regional center. Then nothing. The online said it was turned over to a “local contractor.” Tuesday of the following week it’s delivered by the Post Office. They had actually taken it to another nearby state and mailed it.

I had another delivery by Fedex Ground that turned out to be the wrong part. After calling the vendor a shipping label was issued. I called Fedex Ground on a Thursday to come pick it up. They finally got around to it on Wednesday of the next week.

I won’t order anything if I have to deal with Fedex Ground.
