I ordered a Sony camera, a high quality Sony lens, a Sony flash, high quality, fast memory card and a polarizing filter from bestpricecamera.com. "John" said that the price would be $2400.00 with a five year full equipment warranty with all of this equipment. As soon as he got my credit card number things changed. He called me back to say that he could not get all of the equipment that I had asked for and for my trouble he would send me much higher quality and more expensive equipment. I tried to cancel the ordeer and he would not let me cancel. He said that okay he would send me what I wanted. When I got the box I found out that the camera was not factory sealed as he had told me. The box had been opeened already. The lens, extra battery, filters were all junk; third party gray market, off brand junk. He did not even send me the flash; said at that price he could not afford to send one to me. I told him that I was going to send everything back and that I wanted a credit on my card. He said that he would charge me a $1300.00 restocking fee and that I would need an authorkzation number. I said that was outrageous and that I would complain to my Visa account holder. Customer service refused to give me a return authorization number but they would not take anything back unless you had one..

I contacted the Visa account and I will put this transaction in dispute. bestpricecamera.com justs want your credit card number so they can charge you. In fact I found out that they had added another $200.00 to my account that I did not know about. When I told them that I was going to dispute the charge I was told to go ahead because they win all of the disputes.
