BMW series 5,in EGYPT,bavaria agent

Dear Sirs

I have purchased a care BMW series 5 model 2006 within a deal of 12 cars ,since I purchased it 3 month ago ,it goes to maintenance center 5 times to solve

a noise problem ,in addition to change the back absorbers,chaires adjusting ,putting greasing kits...etc

Still I have the noise.I contacted all the responsible but in vain,even the executive MD Mr Farid el topgy not respond to my complaint.

I need the complaint e.mail in Germany to contact.
