magazines

Hello,

I have ordered 17 magazines from netmagazines.com since 6 months ago but I receive only two every month. I have been asking what's going on but no respons whatsoever. In the end of June I called Susan Heo of customer service and she promissed me the magazines would be delivered within 6 weeks but this did not happen. After waiting 6 months I am fed up with it and require a refund for 15 magazines (they are USD 117.99 each!) but I get no reaction from netmagazines at all and they cannot be reached by phone (voice mail). Also I have been mailing them and faxing them without any result. This company is obviously not willing to take this serious and not willing to refund for products that were paid for but not delivered.
