instawares complaint

I placed an order with instawares on July 26th 2006 for two refrigerated merchandisers. They charged my credit card $2400.00 and said they would ship within 5 business days. It is now sept 29th 2006 and I have not received my items. I have called instawares at least 15 times and after holding normally 10 minutes or more I get asked for my order number and after giving it to them I am placed on hold again while they call the manufacturer and then they come back on and say they could not get ahold of the mfg so they will call me back. They never call back. Do not use this company.
