Young America Verizon rebate

I just read Ryans complaint about not receiving his rebate from the Verizon Wireless Young America rebate center . The exact same thing happened to me except my rebate was for $50 and I spoke to Crystal. I am told that this company is seperate from Verizon. Do you think they get to keep the money they dont refund . When I complained at the store where I made my purchase the salesman said the EXACT same thing happened to him. He recieved a letter from Young America stating that they hadnt received the UPC symbol . The salesman was sure he had sent it, so was Ryan, so was I .
