What Bad service

I am a frequent customer at your Richmond Lansdowne center location and have bought shoes for my kids, my husband and myself on many different occasions. I have always received fairly good service at this location ,however the other day when I came in I can't say the service was good. I asked (I believe her name to be Desire) for help and her help felt rushed and unclear. she then barked at anther employee to tack over and help me and my kids find shoes. I could tell that the employee felt stressed and upset maybe it had to do with the way Desire was barking orders at her and the other employees. At first it felt like the young girl was uncomfortable and unhappy however, in the end I found the young girl ( I don't know her name) to be very helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help use. I wish I could say the same about Desire. Once at the till Desire pushed the young girl aside told her to go stock some shoes and took over the sale. I was appalled and sicken by her behavior. She then began to ring things up, but in the middle another employee whispered something to her and they walked off without saying a word to me of where they were going. I was left their standing with my two kids. My daughter who is only a year old was crying because she was hungry and my three year old son was also beginning to get inpatient. After 15 min Desire came back and start ringing my up our items like nothing happen. I tried to talk to her but she just shrugged me off. I ended up getting home late, making dinner late and getting the kids into bed late. All of this could have been prevented if I would have goten the service I deserve as a loyal customer in your store. I left feeling angry, upset and thinking that I will never visit that store again. WHAT VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! It left me with a horrible taste in my mouth not only for the way she treated me ,but also for the mean way she treated her fellow employees. How she ended up with a job at your store is beyond me.

First of all her name is probably Desiree pronounced Deza-rea! Second you mispelled alot of words, third there is no way in hell I would have waited for 15 minutes for her to return I would have written her note that said "learn how to do your damn job, your behaviour leaves me with no choice, I will be doing my shopping somewhere else from now on" I would have signed it and left it on top of what I would have been paying for and left..I then would have gone home found out the Corporate Office info and given them a call..we actually had an employee at a fast food eatery walk away in the middle of us placing an order..he said nothing just walked away..so we turned and walked out the door after of course giving the manager an ear full..
