Trophy Nissan Mesquite Texas

I purchased a new Nissan Sentra from Trophy Nissan in 2003. Part of the deal they gave me was a cash reward certificate for 1,000.00. I had to fill it out and mail in certain info by certified mail. I did so. At the end of 3 years, I had to send in certain info by a certain date again by certified mail and I would get my check for 1000.00. I did so. BUT, I have yet to see a dime. I have emailed Trophy several times. I have YET to get any feedback. My son called a friend who actually works for the dealership. He told him that I was not the 1st one calling about the problem, and that I would never see a dime, that it was basically a rip off. I am MAD! I need that money!
