Tate and Kirlin/Rude Harassing Phone Calls for someone I don't even know

I, like other people on your website, am getting calls from Tate and Kirlin. The individual “Florence” they are asking for has never lived at this house, I don’t even know anyone named Florence. I tried to confirm with the guy that he had taken our number off the do not call/incorrect number list and he got rude. Told me he had never called. I said you’ve called at least 5 times before, it’s on the caller ID and he said he hadn’t ever called before. He then said other people from the company had called but it wasn’t specifically him. He didn’t even say his name, how should I know who called? The guy was incredibly rude and nasty, so I asked for the company name again. He would not give me the name of the company again, said “go get it off your caller ID”. I thought they were required to give a name if you asked for it. I called the company back on the 1-800 I found on the BBB website, but the guy once again hung up on me before confirming our number had been taken off the list. I’m also losing faith in the BBB website, especially due to the way they label complaint. It is very pro business and not consumer friendly. I’m getting to the point a BBB label doesn’t mean anything.
