Hi my Name is Erica Flores I purchased a dress at Your Schaumburg, IL Store I wrote a letter to the store and spoke to the manager there who's name is Chris now I was told u guys received my letter and would get back to me I have not heard anything. I was not happy with my alterations the day of my wedding it was a horrible experience the dress fit me big and was extremely long walking down the aisle my dad could not hold me I had to hold my dress up it was so upsetting I paid all this money and I didn't get what I expected the dress was beautiful and still is just that the alterations did not meet my expectations this was my wedding day everything should of been perfect I know not everyone is but come on this was my wedding day I will appreciate if someone can contact me because this is going on two months already Thank you if you need more details please call me at 224-622-0877.
