My Mobile No. Is 09938362165 _GPRS not working

Dear Sir,

My Mobile No. Is 09938362165 and location is Bhubaneswar (Orissa).

I am not able to access my GPRS service since last 8 days and I have requested to YOUR customer care for this but no any action taken by them. I have given complain regarding this matter 50 times but situation is still same. Every time your C .C. Executives are saying that please wait some time, you will get your service but nothing happened. Even they are not able to tell that what is exact problem and when I will get GPRS service again.

I am totally fed up with this service. Every day I am loosing Rs10, as total rent charges are Rs300 of one month and since last 8 days, my GPRS is not working. I bought this connection for using Internet but sorry to say that this connection is useless for me, as I am not getting GPRS services from Airtel.
