Magnavox 15" Flat TV from Hearland America

I bought a Magnovox 15 " TV from Heartland America online. These guys are liars and very dishonest. The site gave a price of 209.00 New and Instock, ships in 25 hours.

I got an email 3 days later saying it was being shipped from the manufacture and it would be here in 3-4 weeks. I called Heartland and they said in fine writting on the next page which I don't believe anyone would see that it would ship from Mfg My problem is the buying page says "In stock, ships in 24 hours. Now I get the bill and they also added 29.95 for a membership which I never agreed to. Also upon calling them I find out that the TV is re-furbished not new. They have lied from the beginning.

I am contacting my credit card company to dispute this item. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY LIED FROM THE BEGINNING.
