I bought Kworld USB 2.0 TV Dongle in May 2006 atFry's Electronics and submitted two rebates.

I contacted Kworld in September 2006 and their response was:

You did not enclose original or copy of sales receipt.(Rebate Receipt is not considered acceptable sales receipt.)

As we have specified on the rebate form with your signature required that we "do not accept resubmission of this rebate request."

Anyone who bought stuff from Fry's Electronics or other stroes know the Rebate Receipt, as its name indicated, is for rebate submission. It is unfortunate that Kworld plays such a dirty trick to its customers!

Please don't buy stuff made by Kworld Computer !!!

Who knows what other tricks they'll play......

Kworld is sick; I fell into the same trick and got no way to have my money back. By the way, after 2-month usage (barely used), the product stopped working. Contacted those Taiwanese, could not get my rebate money back; neither to fix the product.
