Dish WHERE ARE THE MANAGERS?
We are being overbilled and cannot get anyone to help us. We moved to Texas in May 2006 and we called and cancelled our account in Arkansas. We asked if we needed to turn in the equipment and we were told "no". When we arrived in Houston, we called and had the Dish people come out and set up Dish for us. We brought out the black boxes we had and tried to give them to the Dish man, but he said he did not need them. He used the boxes he brought with him. Now we have been billed for two accounts, even though we are not living in Arkansas and have called every month and tried to cancel the account in Arkansas. Dish refuses to refund any of the money we have paid on the two accounts. They finally closed the account in July, but we had to pay 2 bills and they refuse to credit our account or refund us the money, even though we have done everyting we know to do. We have called to cancel the account in Arkansas even prior to our move in May (when we moved), and we tried to turn the black boxes in but no one seemed to want those. No one seems to want to help us. Is anyone out there listening? We have talked to so many reps but call back and those reps have not even typed notes in the system. Where are the real managers?
