Dining room table/dresser/Regency Furniture outlet in Brandywine MD/ delivery #539211

I made my order on 4-22-06. Today is 9-29-06 (Over 5 months and issue still not resolved).


1. First, When they delivered my dresser they put a hole in my wall.


2. Next the dresser was missing all the handle pieces to open the drawers


3. the dining room table looked like it had several bite marks on it


4. They came to replace the table, but that table was damaged too


I have called Mike Ardalan (regional manager) several times and he has refused to call me back to help resolve the matter. I have talked to Lee Glasser (store manager) and he bluntly told me well instead on compensating me for Regency’s screw-up, they will just come pick the table up and refund the money. My theory is that I paid on time, and the longer it takes for me to get a new table they should, at a minimum, give me a new table at a reduced price. Right now there is no urgency on their part to satisfy the customer. Luckily I am in the military and can tell everyone in the armed forces to not do business with regency furniture.
