Attitude of a Customer Service(!!!!!) Manager of Bank Of America

Hello

I would like to share such a experience, which I could hardly beleive that it can happen to anyone.

 

I made a Call to Bank Of America Customer Service to clarify a transaction and this email is not about the clarification but the attitude of a Customer Service Manager who disconnects a line when Iam speaking to her.

 

I was so stunned that i keep speaking on one side and realised little lately that she had already disconnected her line so abruptly.

 

I hear few say that they are not So Customer freindly people, But this is my First Experience and very Bad Experience I have ever had in my life.

Ya,

Another one that happened to me today. I was discussing an issue with the customer service when the lady started shouting on me and being rude. Infact she put something on the notes that each the time I called the other customer service lady even she got mad on me. how can they treat us like this?


Is there anything that can be done?
