I placed an order for five flags with Flagsonline.com via internet in early June 2006. I received one flag, which didn't seem to be the one I ordered, and four were on backorder. Of course my credit card was charged the total amount of the order. I also placed a later order for two flags and received the small garden flag but not a large art flag and again my credit card was charged the total.
I have been calling all their numbers, toll free and even the 'pay line' and they all ring busy for the past three months. I have emailed over and over and never receive a reply. I have used the "call back line" and left numerous messages - nothing. Right now, I am out approx. $ 56.00. Can anyone do something about this company? I see there are numerous complaints many the same as mine. I don't know what action to take to get credit on my card (of course I had to pay that amount long ago). The flags I ordered were for summer and fall & they are of no use to me now. I just want my money back.
Anyone who has had any luck getting to these people, please contact me; I would truly appreciate it.
DON'T ORDER FROM FLAGSONLINE.COM - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
