Our previous mail was without proper address/name which was sent from a different id "Email User".

 

Location: I- 1727, C.R.Park, New Delhi. I have two years AMC with Eureka Forbes vide contract receipt no.11551649( with hologram) from 02.01.2005 to 05.01.2007 through your authorized service centre named 'Akash Service' located in C.R.Park near our house. During 2005 after long persuasion they reluctantly did the servicing. However during this year they did not come for servicing at all. Now when the AG Royale got out of order I personally went to their office on 21.09.06 and lodged a complaint for repair. After several visits to their centre and a number of phone calls ( 01141602659) and having failed to get the repaired done I approached Euro Help Line (01139883333) and lodged another complained no.2767 dated 26.09.06. But that seems to have also fallen on deaf ears. Everytime I ring them up (both of them) the answer is that it will be done today or by tomorrow positively. But the fact is that it remains unrepaired till date. It may not be out of the context mentioned that the 'Akash Service' has a lot of unhappy customers and in this way they are damaging the reputation of your company. Seven days have lapsed and inspite of having AMC we are buying water from market and making numerous phone calls to the service centre for no fault of ours. I hope that you will take immediate suitable necessary action in the matter and direct the concerned service personnel for the repair.
