gym membership / Fitness first

Fitness First, ABS CBN : I was duped into signing a one year contract with fitness first by one of their account manager, thinking it was only a promotion, i signed the contract without reading it, not knowing it was a one year contract. I have not been using it since then, I have a very busy schedule so I tried several times to cancel it but to no avail. I even spoke with the vice president for Firtness first philippines. Please help me , Im being charge with something I have not used for 8 months
