Williams Kia of Traverse City

Williams Kia of Traverse City ** High Priority ** On June 10, 2006 (a Saturday evening) I purchased a KIA Rio from Williams KIA in Traverse City. Rudy Malmquist was the salesman and Bob Layman, the sales manager filled out the paperwork. On Sunday June 11 I realized I didn't want the extended warranty for an additional 50,000 miles. I left two messages on Bob Layman's phone but he didn't call me back. On Monday I left two more messages which he didn't return. On Tuesday, June 13 I sent a fax and Jamie Strosko called me and offered to help. Jamie faxed me the form to sign to cancel the warranty. I signed it and sent it back to her. I have that cancellation form with Jamie's signature on it. She said it would take until the second billing cycle for it to take effect. At the first of August, when I received my second bill from Wells Fargo the $960 for the extended warranty had not been removed from my bill. I called Wells Fargo (the finance company) and they had received nothing from Williams KIA. I started calling Williams KIA up to 4 times a day leaving messages asking for someone, anyone to call me back. After 4 days of leaving messages Jamie Strosko called me back. She said she checked on it and was waiting for a check to come in from the warranty company, but it should be taken care of in 10 days to 2 weeks. I said I would call her back in 2 weeks. I began calling again on August 14, leaving messages for Jamie first, then also for Bob Layman, Jeff Wecker and Paul Chevette. Eventually Bob Layman called me and said 2 checks had been issued to Wells Fargo on my behalf; one from the warranty company on August 4, and one from Williams KIA on August 8. I called Wells Fargo they still had not received any checks from Williams Kia to be credited to my account. It's been nearly 4 months now and I'm being charged 15.85% interest on the $990 that Williams Kia owes me and I can't even get anyone to answer my calls or call me back. Can you help me please?
