I AM TODAY WRITING TO LET YOU OF THE EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I

RECEIVE FROM LUNA CARPETS OF BELLWOOD ILLINOIS. NOT ONCE, BUT EVERY

TIME I CALL FOR A SERVICE ISSUE I CAN NOT GET A PROMPT RESPONSE. OF

COURSE SOMEONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE AND SAY OF COURSE WE WILL CALL

YOU BACK, OR OF COURSE I WILL HAVE SOMEONE COME TO YOUR HOME TO

INVESTIGATE THE PROBLEM, BUT NO ONE FOLLOW THRU WITH WHAT THEY PROMISE.

THANK GOD I ONLY HAD WOOD FLOORING DONE BY LUNA. I WILL NEVER CAL

THEM AGAIN. BEFORE THE FLOORING WAS PUT IN MY HOME, EACH TIME I CALLED

I GOT SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK ASAP, BUT AS SOON AS I SIGNED THE

CONTRACT THE SERVICE DISAPPEARED WITH IT. I HAVE CONTACT THE REGIONAL

MANAGER AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM HIM (J BORCYK). I

SPOKE WITH THE CUSTOMER MANAGER (K ZILKE) WHO I THINK MUST BE A FAMILY

MEMBER OF THE OWNER. THEY ALL DON'T CARE OR ARE TOTALLY CLUELESS AS TO

WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.
