Cingular Wireless Due to circumstances beyond my control I got behind on my cell phone bill a couple months. They cut my phone off which I figured it was coming anyway. I was trying to find work so I could start making payments however, that was hard considering I had no way of communicating with employers so in the meantime. I got bills from Cingular that I couldn't pay. I had every intention on paying I just couldn't yet. Then a bill came that had a $175 fee. I went to a friends house to call and see what this was for and they said it was an early cancellation fee. I never cancelled my contract with them. They chose to do that. I would have paid my bill so I could get my phone turned back on and then been happy but now I will never use Cingular again. I'm still working on trying to get this charge removed. They have since turned it over to collection and the amount just keeps going up because they are adding more fees. I now have T-Mobile and am very happy with them.
