AOL service

I need a little help figuring out how to get my money back from AOL.....

Several months ago I used an AOL trial internet service. I hated it and signed up with a local internet service, so I called and cancelled my AOL service. The person on the phone was very friendly and assured me that my service had been cancelled. About 7 months later AOL withdrew a couple hundred dollars from my bank account!!! I was very upset and called to ask about it. The AOL rep on the phone told me that my service had never been cancelled, and that I had it the entire time. They said that there was no proof that I had cancelled and there was no way that I could get my money back. I called back several times and got the same answer everytime.
